The South Everett Futures Fund is a community investment platform designed to preserve and build affordable homes, support local businesses, and strengthen the organizations and community spaces that make Casino Road home. Shaped by South Everett organizations, businesses, and leaders, the Fund will help the neighborhood prepare for light rail and share in the opportunities it brings.

LISC Puget Sound, the City of Everett, HASCO, Sound Transit, and Snohomish County are working together to determine how they will invest in this vision, with Casino Road families and business owners continuing to guide the Fund’s priorities.
