About this Event

ABOUT SEHF

SEHF was founded over 20 years ago to develop a regional homelessness strategy and build cross sector collaboration to reduce homelessness. In

2008 when regional government ended, it grew in strength, bringing together Local Authorities, charitable and housing providers, government advisers and national organisations such as Homeless Link. At its heart is a “coalition of the willing” of homelessness professionals passionate about homelessness who hold an event 2 to 3 times a year to be updated on best practice and debate current issues and development. John Holmstrom, a founder member says “I like to think of SEHF not just about sharing knowledge/practice but how we can generate social movement in our places to reduce homelessness”. SEHF has small executive that plans and arranges its meetings. It is delighted that Homelessness Community of Practice has partnered with SEHF to support its administration and provide platform for HCOP workshops

EVENT PURPOSE:

· Health/housing initiatives in East Sussex
