South County Tail Waggers 5th Annual 5K Wagathon GOES VIRTUAL!

South County Tail Waggers is excited to present our 5th Annual Wagathon. This year we will be going virtual.

All proceeds will be going to SCTW’s ongoing efforts to save the lives of high-risk dogs facing euthanasia and to provide spay & neuter coverage for our South County residents in need that are unable to S/N their dogs. In just seven years, one unspayed-female dog and her offspring can produce 97,000 puppies! We can’t rescue and adopt our way out of this crisis. We must get in front of it!

We need your help to fulfill this goal. YOU can make an impact. You can contribute to the solution by participating in what will be a wonderful, family-fun event!

STEP 1: REGISTRATION

• In order to receive a custom 5th Annual Wagathon T-shirt, registration will need to be completed by Friday, October 8th. Please note, anyone that registered after September 25th will receive your Wagathon supplies approximately on October 23rd.

STEP 2: PARTICIPANT SUPPLIES

• Registrants will receive their supplies either by mail, or by personal contactless delivery from a member of our team to your home.

STEP 3: GET MOVING!

• The official Wagathon 5K (3.107 miles). We are asking participants to ideally complete this distance between October 9, 2021 and November 13, 2021.

• You can walk, jog, run, or move anyway you can. You can go outside for fresh air or just walk on a treadmill. You can do the 5K in one day or several, just track your distance and show your support.

• Don't forget to pick a favorite spot to complete the Wagathon, and ask friends and family members to tag along!

STEP 4: SHOW US TO WIN AND TO SAVE LIVES!

• Just because we can’t be with you, doesn’t mean we don’t want to see you. SHARE your experience with us!

• Anyone that shares your 5K experience wearing your SCTW 5K shirt will automatically be entered to win fabulous PRIZES.
