The Proactive Rezoning Workgroup works to implement the rezoning recommendations from City adopted plans.The current rezoning project is located along Calhoun Street between Grand Street and East Foster Parkway (just south of Rudisill Blvd). This rezoning project implements recommendations from both the Packard 2030 Plan and the Southeast Strategy Update.
