About Revathi: Revathi Advaithi is Chief Executive Officer of Flex, the global manufacturing partner of choice that helps a diverse customer base design and build products to improve the world. Prior to Flex, Ms. Advaithi was president and chief operating officer for the electrical sector business at Eaton, with corporate responsibility for the Europe, Middle East, and Africa regions. In addition to her time at Eaton, Ms. Advaithi worked at Honeywell for six years in leadership roles spanning manufacturing, procurement, supply chain, and sourcing. Ms. Advaithi is also a co-chair of the World Economic Forum (WEF) Advanced Manufacturing CEO Community and a member of the WEF Alliance of CEO Climate Leaders. She currently serves on the Board of Directors of Uber, Catalyst.org, and the MIT Presidential CEO Advisory Board, and is a member of the Business Roundtable. She has a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering from the Birla Institute of Technology and Science, and holds an MBA from the Thunderbird School of Global Management.
