Join us in the intimate and casual setting of The Vaults for a guided tasting South African wine tasting. Our guest, Gerry Gunnigan of Liberty Wines, will guide us through a dynamic lineup of South African wines, showcasing the country’s remarkable diversity, from cool coastal vineyards to the warm, characterful landscapes of the Swartland.

On the night, we’ll explore six exceptional wines, beginning with three distinctive whites: the elegant ‘The Agnes’ Chardonnay from Crystallum, and two expressive Chenin Blancs - ‘Elodie’ from Gabriëlskloof and ‘Tarragon’ Old Vine Chenin from Spice Route - highlighting the versatility and quality of South Africa’s signature grape.

We’ll then move to the reds, where Swartland takes centre stage with the bold and characterful ‘Chakalaka’ and Kloof Street Swartland Rouge, before finishing with the refined and beautifully poised ‘Le Luc’ Pinot Noir from Restless River, grown in the cool-climate Hemel-en-Aarde Valley.
