Sourdough Workshop at Gee Farms Nursery & Greenhouse-

Class cost: $85

Our sourdough class is on the road in November, and we're excited to bring our sourdough knowledge to our friends in Stockbridge! With dough ready at each stage, Brad and I will demonstrate the entire sourdough process from starter to bread. This workshop is great for both beginners and intermediate bread bakers alike. It's also a nice refresher for those who have taken a class before and need extra support. Learn the science of baking with a wild culture, watch the entire process live and get all your questions answered. Please note that this workshop is a look and learn class.
Each attendee will take home a mature sourdough starter, jars and a spatula for feeding, and our sourdough guide book.
