This class offers an instructional/ demo based experience for bread enthusiasts eager to master the art of sourdough baking. This class delves into the intricate process of crafting the perfect loaf, from nurturing a lively starter to achieving that coveted crusty exterior and airy crumb. Participants will learn essential techniques such as fermentation, folding, and scoring, guided by an Experienced sourdough baker who shares their passion and insights.
Whether you're a novice or an experienced baker, this class promises to elevate your skills, providing instruction in a supportive and engaging environment. With its emphasis on artisan loaves, we discuss other ways to bake with sourdough as well
