Let's bake some bread! Through hands-on practice and demonstrations, participants will have the opportunity to develop their skills and gain confidence in making sourdough bread. Each participant will also take home an active sourdough starter and dough that they can use to bake their own bread at home, as well as have Ginny’s continued sourdough mentorship.In this class, you'll learn everything you need to know about the sourdough baking process, including:
👉🏼 An established sourdough starter and an entire sourdough kit, including a proofing bowl, bench scraper, spatula and bread lame razor
👉🏼 Your very own loaf that you will make in the workshop and take home to bake later
👉🏼 A beginner-friendly sourdough ebook and printed student guide
👉🏼 Hands-on training and your own loaf you start in class and take home to bake the following day
👉🏼 Post-workshop support to make your sourdough journey a success
👉🏼 A glass of wine courtesy of Gruver Farms 🍷
