Join us for the third program of our Crafting America workshop series! Crafting America is a workshop series that focuses on practicing traditional skills in a modern way. Keeping favorites like cooking, needlepoint, lettering, and more alive in todays society!
For this program, we are excited to welcome SoKno Sourdough for a beginner-friendly introduction to sourdough starters. Participants will learn the basics of maintaining a starter, including feeding, discard, and helpful tips and tricks. Guests will also have the opportunity to ask questions throughout the workshop. Each participant will leave with their own jar of sourdough starter, a small bag of flour to take home, and a basic loaf recipe to begin their sourdough journey at home!
The workshop will begin at 11:30am and has limited seats available for instruction. This experience will be held on site: 1220 W Governor John Sevier Hwy, Knoxville, TN.
