Sourdough Starter - Making a Sourdough Loaf in a Mixer!

Sourdough is all the rage right now

It also feels like it's something that is somewhat complicated, right?

Well I must say that is completely wrong, it's actually really easy and you'll learn how easy it is at this workshop.

This is a monthly event where we go over a different sourdough recipe each time. This month we are going to be making a normal loaf of Sourdough bread but we'll be using a stand mixer! Which means we won't have to do a bunch of stretch and folds and all that stuff!

Did I mention that everyone who attends will be receiving a free starter along with instructions on how to care for it and prepare it for backing?!
