Thursday, March 6 from 6:00 - 8:00 pm.
Certified Cottage Baker, Amanda McQuaid will be discussing how to make a sourdough starter and keep it healthy. The lecture will include tips for baking with starter. Limited Sourdough breads and small starter will be available for sale. Pre-registration is encouraged, as space is limited. Just $5 for this Wallingford Grange Community Education event.
