Join us for a relaxed, conversation-style sourdough class on Thursday, April 2 from 4:30 p.m. – 6:00 p.m. with Bourne Family Bakery.

This laid-back round table is perfect for asking questions, sharing tips, and learning the small details that make a big difference when baking sourdough.

We’ll cover starter care, dough development, fermentation, shaping, and troubleshooting, whether you’re just getting started or refining your technique.

Each guest will take home:
