The 3 hour Sourdough Retreat offers a unique opportunity for beginners to dive into the ancient craft of sourdough. You will learn how to maintain the perfect starter, master fermentation techniques, and baking delicious loaves. We play sourdough trivia and someone walks away with a sweet sourdough baking kit. This is a fun and interactive class. Everyone leaves with dough to make their our bread and a 250+ year old starter.
Sourdough Snacks will be provided.
