Sourdough Making Class

Join Paige with Belladonna Farm for a fun sourdough making class. You will learn the basics behind sourdough making, get to mix your own dough in class (you will take this home to bake), practice shaping and scoring on dough she prepared, learn the difference between open baking vs. dutch oven baking, and get to take home your own starter to really begin your sourdough journey! You will receive an email a day or so in advance with a copy of the sourdough guide we will be going over in class and you will also receive a printed out copy of it in class.

Our class is thorough and educational, but still fun! You will leave feeling confident in your sourdough baking journey. Class is held at the Painted Moth located on the corner of 5th and Boston Ave. Downtown Tulsa. 427 S. Boston Ave.
