Loaf made in class will include your choice of inclusions if desired! Options will be given upon ticket purchase.
Our hands-on class will include starter maintenance, dough recipes, basic skills, and how to bake a loaf in your home oven. In class, you will started a loaf from scratch to take home and bake the next day along with sourdough starter to continue baking at home! We’ll provide everything you need for the class. The tickets do not cover a beverage from the bar. Even though this class is at a brewery, it is appropriate for all ages!
