Sourdough For The People: Beginners Class

Have you wanted to try baking sourdough but don't know where to get started? Come join us at 15th St Farm for a hands on class with Kelsey Yates of Sourdough for the People for this "cooking show" style class. Sourdough bread making is a passive process, Kelsey will have the 4 main stages of bread making to demonstrate preparation techniques without waiting for fermentation.

In this class, you will:

Receive your own sourdough starter to take home

Partake in an abridged hands-on demonstration of the bread-making process

Have the opportunity to ask any questions and take-home set of instructions on the sourdough process

Get to taste delicious bread samples

And most importantly, have FUN!!
