Join us for a delightful experience as you learn the basics of sourdough with great company! Immerse yourself in the art of sourdough as you learn the intricacies of nurturing a starter, mastering the technique of stretching and folding dough, and understanding the telltale signs of a perfectly proofed loaf. Under the guidance of our expert instructors, you'll have the opportunity to learn sourdough.
At the end of the workshop, participants will take home a sourdough starter to continue their baking adventures, a daily loaf recipe,along with a freshly baked loaf of bread to share with loved ones.
The workshop fee is $60 per person, promising a memorable and educational experience that celebrates the joy of baking. Join us for a day of learning, laughter, and delicious bread-making. The workshop is at the Harbocreek Baptist Church 4719 Buffalo Rd, Erie, PA 16510 the class starts at 6pm and ends at 8pm.
Spots are limited to 15 people.
