In our sourdough class you will learn the different stages of the bread, how to feed the sourdough, what it looks like when it's "active" and discuss what discard means.You will walk away with a sourdough discard baked good and be able to sample a piece of sourdough bread with an option to purchase starter.
There will be 2 options available for purchase- hydrated ready to go starter and dehydrated starter $15.00 each.
They will also come with a guide that will review everything we talked about in class. The guide will focus feeding the starter, baking the bread and discard recipes so you can be successful at home.
The classes will be $40.00 each.

Cancellation policy: No refunds but you can move to another class we have offered.
