Welcome!!We’ve had such great success with the Girls Night Out and Couples Night Out sourdough classes, but this time we want to be a little more inclusive for ALL who may be interested in learning more about sourdough baking.
In this 2 hour class we will discuss everything there is to know about the art of sourdough. We will be hands on with measuring ingredients, mixing, stretching and folding. You will learn terminology and techniques, practice scoring and shaping. We will finish the class by baking pre-bulk/cold fermented original flavored sourdough boules. Attendees will go home with my personal sourdough recipe and their freshly baked sourdough boule! *feel free to bring a beverage to enjoy during the bake time*
It’s been a pleasure to offer a wide variety of these classes and they are a ton of fun!
I can accommodate 6 individuals or 6 partners per class. Please choose a partner ticket at check out if you plan on bringing and working with a child under the age of 12 or, if you prefer to work along side the friend or spouse joining you in the class. Please note that the partner attendees will only be making one sourdough boule together and leave with only one. Thank you!
