Enjoy a 2-hour guided session using pre-made dough to walk through each stage of the sourdough process: starter basics, mixing and fermenting; shaping techniques, and baking tips and troubleshooting.
Registration is required. Cost covers demonstration ingredients, supplies, and participant materials. Hosted by Earl Duque.
