Learn how to bake Sourdough like a pro over, from start to finish, at a professional bakery, with a tea break and drinks for a relaxing moment? This is for You and your Friends!

WHAT: baking class for beginners. A training session covering the whole process from start to finish. Maximum of 12 students per class.
HOW LONG: 5 hours of fun sourdough activities over a Saturday afternoon, with tips from professionals at each important step of the sourdough break making journey.
WHERE: at Tartine Saïgon Vista Verde, #43 D2eight, Đồng Văn Cống, Phường Thạnh Mỹ Lợi, District 2 Ho Chi Minh City
WHAT IS INCLUDED:
- training session (2-7pm)
- tea/coffee break
- one sourdough starter (for you to continue baking at home)
- the bread you will mix, knead, develop and the bread you will bake during the class
- a Tartine Saigon fabric tote bag to bring your bread home on the Sunday and anything else another other day
- the baker's notes
WHAT LANGUAGE? 🇬🇧 with translation in 🇻🇳 and 🇫🇷 as needed
KID'S FRIENDLY? The class spans over a period of over 5 hours. Everything is simple for enough for a kid of 8-10 to understand. But based on experience, only kids from 10 and teenagers would have the focus needed to follow and appreciate our class. We had 2 kids about 10yo attend our class recently: they involved, had fun, and baked beautiful loaves!
WHAT TO BRING: you do not need to bring anything special as we provide all the equipment needed to prepare and bake. Please wear light light, comfortable clothes.
