We'll guide you through each step, transforming the seemingly complex into a fulfilling practice, perfect for anyone seeking a mindful and delicious experience.
What’s included:
- Make your very own starter, the heart of sourdough baking - Learn how to cultivate and nurture your very own sourdough starter from scratch, a living, breathing ingredient that will become a cherished part of your kitchen.
- Mastering the basic sourdough recipe: We'll provide you with a tried and tested recipe and guide you through each stage, ensuring your success.
- Live breadmaking demonstrations: Showing you every step of the process, including stretching and folding the dough, understanding the importance of rest and patience in the fermentation process. BONUS Lien will provide you with some of her live starter, so you can start the bread making process with us.
