Unlike traditional starters, this one only needs to be fed once a week, making it a super easy and low-maintenance way to get into the world of sourdough baking.In this interactive class, you'll be guided step-by-step through the process of making dough from scratch and learn how to shape it into a delicious, rustic boule (a round, artisanal loaf). By the end of the workshop, you’ll not only walk away with your very own sourdough starter, but also a prepared dough ready to bake into one perfect loaf.
