We started baking Sourdough on the Homestead this past year to break away from chemical filled store bought bread and also for the gut health benefits. It’s been life changing for our family and we want to share our knowledge with you so you can enjoy it too!Learn the basics of keeping your new Sourdough Starter friend alive and baking! It's a fun hobby, beneficial for your health because of the natural yeast in sourdough and delicious.
Classes will be held at Scherer Homestead. You will leave with a loaf of freshly baked bread and a new sourdough friend! Class is 3 hours in length and light refreshments, music and camaraderie provided!
