In this 2 hour beginner level class, we will demystify the entire process step-by-step. You’ll learn everything you need to know to bake your own sourdough without all the trial and error, and wasted loaves taught by an experienced cottage baker. Enroll with friend and double your fun!

🍞Prepare a base dough recipe
🍞Properly stretch & fold dough
🍞Effectively shape & score dough

What to Expect:
During class, you’ll have the opportunity to practice hands-on making, stretching, and folding dough. Plenty of time for Q&A. Video support with instructor for 30 days from class date.
