Bina Joshi has over 3 years experience in hybrid estate agency working with investors and residential sales and lettings. She is the client’s single point of contact from start to finish; from carrying out market appraisals and winning business, professional property photography, creative listings, accompanied viewings, negotiating sales and sales progression.

Bina has over 25 years industry experience in Business Operations, Sales & Marketing, Customer Liaison and I.T. with leading organisations in sectors including financial, professional, and business services’’

Currently, Bina forms part of the Support Team at Sourced Franchise. She is responsible for the success of franchisees, sharing her knowledge and guiding them as they build their property businesses.
