Join us for a special restorative evening with live cello & singing by Karen Laura Peters. This workshop will focus on nourishing and calming our minds and bodies.
We will ease into our practice with a gentle moving flow and then come into an hour of restorative yoga poses.
We will build about 7 restorative postures and rest for 5-10 minutes in each while receiving the soothing medicine of live cello and singing.
