Join us for our popular monthly Deep Meditation and Mindfulness class.

Relax in the etherial setting of Altar while we take you on a spiritual journey through your subconscious mind, We will even throw in a cuppa and a bikkie.

We advise you to bring a mat, blanket, cushions and anything else you will need to be comfortable.

Please feel free to bring your book of shadows or journal to record any information.

All materials and light refreshments are included, if you have any dietary requirements please contact us before the workshop.
