Soupsgiving is a warm, family-centered gathering created to nourish the body and the spirit. This free community event invites pregnant people, postpartum parents, and families with children to slow down, share space, and refill their cups.

It’s soup season, which makes it the perfect time to swap comforting recipes, share encouragement, and connect with others who are on the same journey. We’ll enjoy warm soup and tea together, hold space for conversation, and offer a family-friendly area for little ones.

What to Bring (if you’re able):

• A favorite soup recipe
• A note of encouragement for another parent

• Or simply bring yourself

No one is expected to spend money or cook. This gathering centers care, community, and shared support.
