Join Essential Yoga Studio for a FREE community-building event in celebration of the third anniversary of my ownership of Essential!Here's how it will work:
- You're invited to bring soup to share OR just come ready to eat!
- If you bring soup, please clearly list all ingredients in your recipe.
- Tables and power strip extension cords will be provided for crockpots; please bring the utensil needed to dish out your soup.
- Bowls, bread (gluten-free too!), silverware, and beverages will be provided.
That's it! We'll eat soup in community, infuse even more love into Essential's studio space, and spend time in connection and gratitude before the Thanksgiving holiday.
