The Membership Board of AkronFCC is hosting a Soup, Salad, and Breadsticks event with a pumpkin decorating station on October 6, immediately following the 11am worship service.
If you'd like to participate in the soup cook-off, bring your favorite homemade soup in a crockpot to share. All are welcome to attend by donating a canned good to the Feeding Hope Food Pantry as "admission." Guests can vote for their favorite soup, with a prize awarded to the winner.
During the event, a pumpkin decorating station will be available. Feel free to bring a pumpkin to decorate—those who wish can leave their decorated pumpkins to adorn the altar and then be used at the Trunk or Treat event on October 27.
