Soup and Story (Indigenous People's Day Celebration)

We’re excited to host the second annual Soup & Story event together with the Indigenous Peoples Day committee. Come and listen to traditional stories, history, play traditional games, and share a meal with those around you. Speakers for this year include, Sky McGinti (starting at 1:30 pm) Doug Coburn (starting at 2:30 pm) and Lailani Upham (starting at 3:30 pm.) Our soups this year are Three Sisters Soup and Colonizer (Hangover) Soup.
Thank you to the Great Falls Public Library Foundation and the Montana Arts Council for funding this program. Additional support from coal tax placed into Montana’s Cultural and Aesthetic Projects Trust Fund.
