“Our voices hold more healing power than we realize. Through toning, humming, and chanting, we unlock powerful vibrations that ripple through our body... restoring balance, releasing emotions, and uplifting our spirits.In this “Voice Yoga” class we play & practice simple sound techniques. We have fun and we all leave feeling more connected to our unique voice, our essence and to each other.
If you’re thinking I can’t sing or carry a tune… It’s not about having a "good voice" or being in tune, it’s about getting IN TUNE with yourself and your own UNIQUE sound. PLUS! There’s a soothing sound experience at the end!
2nd & 4th Tuesdays each month | 6-7:30p | $15pp
We will have mats on the floor to sit on, but if you prefer to sit in a chair, we are happy to make that happen for you!
