About The Grackles Bluegrass Duo: The Grackles Bluegrass Duo is a 2-piece acoustic band based in the Dallas-Ft. Worth metroplex. The full band formed in 2022 with Matthew Lyons (mandolin/fiddle/vocals), Evan Hall (guitar), Kevin Gore (banjo/vocals), Les Sellers (bass/vocals), and April Sellers (vocals). In the beginning, The Grackles was a performance name worn by Matthew Lyons and Evan Hall during their 6th Street busking days while attending The University of Texas at Austin. Now, with both members relocated to the DFW area, they formed a new team around them to create The Grackles Bluegrass Band. Filled with bluegrass classics, high energy, and witty stage banter; you won’t want to miss this talented group of musicians.
