Sounds of the Sunrise: Full Moon Edition

The full moon is Saturday April 12th; to honor the Full Moon we'll be doing a sunrise soundbath meditation on Sunday April 13th. We'll be able to see the full moon off; as the sun rises into a new day.

The sound meditation will begin at 6:30am, but feel free to come between 6am and 6:30am for some coffee, donuts, and to settle in. Perhaps bring a journal, and do some journaling before we settle into a 60 min sound meditation where i'll be providing a meditative sound collage consisting of tibetan bowls, chimes, ambient & spiritual jazz vinyl + field-recorded nature sound cassettes.
