Enter a space of connection with the Earth through the sounds of powerful ritual instruments from the Himalayas.

In this sound bath meditation, Lourdes invites you to be ‘earthed’, to come back to your earthling essence as an inhabitant of this beautiful manifestation planet that we call our home.

We will begin with a bow to the bowl and the gong and a moment of gratitude to the Earth, and before we start the sound journey, we will set our intention.

This is your space, make it sacred and dive in. We will then experience a journey with sound with gongs, Himalayan bowls, bells and Gaia tuning forks and drums.

About Your Guide:

Lourdes is a homeopath, medium-channel, reiki healer and sound therapist/practitioner. She practices these healing modalities in Leeds, UK (at ookushana, We are Wellness and Love Yoga Leeds), and online across the globe. She believes that dis-ease is an energetic imbalance and therefore ease comes from an energetic balance that can be returned to. Her life and work are informed by the Three Principles. Her understandings of health, disease, cure and healing are founded in these principles as well those of Homeopathy, Reiki, energy healing, shamanism and Zen Buddhism. She practices from the belief that we are already whole and that healing happens when we tune into that wholeness, the well of wisdom that we all hold within. She believes that her role is to facilitate that journey in a sacred space where you feel supported, held and heard.

Please Note: Space is limited at ookushana Workshop, so please book ahead to avoid disappointment!

Tickets are non-refundable, but transferrable with AT LEAST 48 hours notice (to another session with the same guide)
