Step into Sabi Sounds after dark for a deeper listening experience.

Sounds of is a genre-led DJ night exploring a rotating series exploring a particular sound or mood — one night at a time. With live sets on the decks, it’s all about flow, discovery, and atmosphere — a space to settle in, enjoy the music, and experience new sounds.

Volume 1 leans into down tempo rhythms, textured beats, and atmospheric sound, designed to create a space that’s equal parts introspective and immersive.

Sabi Sounds Hawthorn is Melbourne’s first vinyl listening café and record lounge with private listening booths — a Tokyo–Seoul–inspired day-to-night space built around music, moods, and moments. From coffee by Ona and specialty matcha to fresh bakes, vinyl store and an audiophile Hifi system, Sabi is a place to slow down and tune in.
