Sounds Meditative

You'll have the opportunity to experience not only a sound session with various tones and instruments, but tuning forks, crystals, gong, crystal singing bowls, and aromatherapy, all which will surround you in this 1hour and 15 minute self-care moment. Sol Studio has yoga mats, chairs, and benches for you. Or if you'd like, bring your own cushion, blanket, or pillow. Parking is available in the front and the back of the studio.
