Sounds for Sorrow // gong soundbath for the bereaved

Relaxation can be especially difficult after loss because grief activates both the mind and body in ways that keep you on high alert. Sound baths can help with loss-related tension and difficulty relaxing by gently guiding the nervous system out of a heightened stress state.

Please join Jen Endicott, certified trauma-sensitive sound facilitator and yoga teacher, for an evening of grief care through therapeutic sounds. No expectations and no need to do or say anything at all. Simply arrive and receive the gentle support of sound.

Dress comfortably, bring a yoga mat, and any items that may help you feel at ease. Red Skies Yoga will provide yoga blankets, bolsters, and the supportive soundscape.
