Each session blends crystal singing bowls, chimes, drum, and gentle breathwork to weave harmony through your energy field. The waves wash away what you no longer need, the tones realign your body and mind, and your spirit is invited to remember its natural peace.
Whether you’re new to sound healing or a seasoned practitioner, this 45-minute gathering is an easy way to reset, ground, and reconnect. Bring a blanket or mat, get cozy on the sand, and allow yourself to drift into the restorative beauty of the present moment.
