SoundRise Darbaar - 5th Feb at Gallops, Racecourse

✨ SoundRise Darbaar returns for another edition, set amidst the open-air charm of Gallops Alfresco. As the racecourse eases into twilight, the space transforms through music into an evening that feels refined, soulful, and steeped in timeless charm.

The Music Experience:

Tasawwur Qawwali Ensemble is a traditional Qawwali troupe from Goa, devoted to presenting the form in its true poetic and musical spirit. The ensemble brings together distinctive instrumentation that adds texture and depth, allowing the music to breathe and evolve while remaining firmly anchored in tradition.

Line Up: Shivam Bhardwaj (Lead Vocals, Harmonium), Saksham Bhardwaj (Lead Vocals), Aman Gupta (Lead Vocals), Yash Nirwan (Sarod), Amarjeet Singh Saluja (Tabla)

The Culinary Experience:

While the music sets the tone, the evening is complemented by a curated buffet-style dining experience by Gallops, led by their head Chef Yajush. Inspired by India’s royal kitchens, the spread opens with a wide selection of vegetarian and non-vegetarian appetisers including kebabs, tikkas, and chaats.

The main course brings together dishes from across India such as a pulao paired with slow-cooked Nihari or a flavourful Tehri for vegetarians, along with other classic preparations like Chole or Kheema with Kulcha. The meal features live counters as well as seasonal desserts like Rabdi Jalebi and Gulab Jamun to indulge in. This is a dining experience designed to mirror the elegance and splendour of the Darbaar itself.

Please note, Jain food and other dietary restrictions will not be available (set dinner spread).

The Cocktail Experience:

A curated bar serving craft cocktails by homegrown brands, available through the evening. Expect classics and signature pours that pair effortlessly with the mood of the night.

Alcoholic beverages are available on a pay-as-you-consume basis. (Ages 25+ only)

The Bazaar Experience

The evening features a thoughtfully curated bazaar of homegrown lifestyle brands. The selection ranges from scents and jewellery to design-led products and artisanal experiences, creating moments of discovery through the evening.
