Think of it as an experience where sound can be used to transport you to a dream-like stade where you can let go of daily life and go into a deep relaxation. Lying down, connect to the core of your being and all its layers.
What is a soundceremony?
We open a safe space to share how you are feeling in the moment. Then I will take you on a sound journey.
A soundjourney is a meditative experience that uses sounds and frequency to promote relaxation and inner peace. During a soundjourney, you typically lie down comfortably while a facilitator plays various instruments, such as singing bowls, gongs, flute, handpan and many more
