This is a very popular venue so book early to secure your place.

Come join me for a deeply relaxing evening immersed in beautiful sounds with a range of healing and calming instruments.

Suitable for people age 16 and over and suitable pregnancies past 12 weeks.

The session will be facilitated by Shirley Stump, Hypnobirth Teacher, Doula, Lifemusic Facilitator and Sound Healing Practitioner.

Please note payment is nonrefundable but you can sell or pass your place on, just forward them your booking info with form and get them to contact me.

What to bring:

We will be laying down so its super important to bring all you need to make yourself comfortable laying on the ground for the hour. I do have a fold up sun lounger for people who can not lay on the floor, please let me know if you would like me to bring one for you.

Suggestions:

- Layers of clothes

- Yoga mat and/or duvet to fold over to lay on (suggest bringing a duvet to lay on for extra comfort)

- Pillows/cushions/pregnancy cushion

- Blankets to cover up warm

- Cosy socks if needed

- Bottle of water
