SoundBathing SlowFlow, Sweat Lodge
Relief yourself of the holiday stress and revitalize your Mind, Body, Spirit at this fantastic community connective event.
Jason Hart will lead us in an interactive tribal sound adventure. We'll be tone and harmonize with our voices and instruments. Then go deep into stillness, peace and relaxation.
Jason Kierce will intuitively guide us through a slow, fun yoga practice. Together we will all co-create this beautiful experience.
After SoundBathing SlowFlow we'll have a little break then head into the SweatLodge to further harmonize the Souls we are with Essential Oil infused steam, breathe work, chair yoga, tribal beats, vocalizing, instrument play and intuition.
Also bring food/ drinks to share fore potluck.
Schedule:
2:30-3:00 Meet and Greet
3:00-4:15 SoundBathing SlowFlow
4:15-4:45 Hangout
4:45-5:45ish SweatLodge (some people stay in much longer)
Then Hangout.

Yoga mat
Instruments (if you like)
We'll have blankets if you like.
What to bring for SweatLodge:
Water or drinks
2 towels. 1 to sit on and 1 to dry off with
Swim wear
Change of clothes
