Hi! I'm Billie and I run sound meditation events at various venues in Aberdeen! I studied sound healing during the first lockdown and hosted my first soundbath in November 2023! I've found my passion and I love nothing more than to get immersed in the powerful vibrations from the bowls and the other instruments I play and taking people on a deep meditative sound journey where you can completely detach from the craziness of everyday life and enter a place of deep stillness, accessing higher levels of consciousness and allowing you to move all that heavy energy out of your energy field so that you can feel so connected to yourself again.
Come along and experience a very unique soundbath where I use crystal singing bowls and other instruments and treat yourself to a very healing experience 😊👌we often forget the importance of rest and the power of sound will raise your vibration and help with whatever you're going through right now!
The science behind Sound healing is incredible.... it's beneficial for so many reasons and some of them include:

All you need to bring is a blanket, bottle of water, a pillow/cushion, personal choice) & a yoga mat. you are welcome to sit on a chair if lying down isn't suitable.
