Join us for a magical overnight experience at Wishing Star Farm, where we’ll gather in our rustic Star barn for an evening of mindfulness, connection, and the soothing power of sound. From March 22nd at 6:00 PM to March 23rd at 12:00 PM, immerse yourself in a transformative journey that nourishes your spirit and fosters deep connections with like-minded individuals.

This unique soundbath experience offers a sanctuary for adults 18 and older who seek to explore mindfulness and holistic wellness. Experience the healing vibrations of sound while engaging in meaningful rituals and practices that promote self-discovery and intention-setting.

**The Healing Power of Sound Baths:**

Sound baths are more than just a listening experience—they’re a journey into relaxation and healing. The resonant sounds of singing bowls and other instruments help to calm the mind, release emotional blockages, and enhance overall well-being. By participating in this sacred ritual, you will tap into the transformative energy of sound, allowing you to connect deeply with yourself and the collective consciousness around you.

**Event Highlights:**

✨ **Grounding and Sage Exercise:** Cleanse our space and center ourselves through ritual and mindfulness.

✨ **Oracle Pull:** Start the evening with a special reading to set the tone for your journey.

✨ **Intention Setting/Journaling:** Take time to reflect on your goals and aspirations for the month ahead.

✨ **Community Share Time:** Share your intentions and connect with fellow participants in a warm, welcoming space.

✨ **Breath Work and Light Stretching:** We will engage in mindful breathing exercises to center and ground and find gentle movements to release tension as we prepare for deep relaxation.

✨ **Soundbath Meditation:** Experience a guided soundbath, where the healing vibrations wash over you, promoting deep relaxation and emotional clarity.

✨ **Continental Style Breakfast:** A community style breakfast buffet will be made available for attendees.

💵 **Cost:** $144 per person

**What to Bring:**

- **Warm Gear/Comfortable Layers:** Dress in layers; prepare for a potentially chilly night as we will be camping out early Spring.

- **Tent or Sleeping Arrangements:** Optional sleeping in the barn (only heated during non-quiet hours) or prepare to pitch a tent. (If pitching a tent please arrive to the farm about 1 hour before start time (5pm or not long after so that you will be ready for our 6pm event start.)

- **Comfort Items:** Sleeping bags, pillows, headlamp and anything else you need to be comfortable.

I.E. **Yoga Mat, Pillow, Blanket, Bolster: Eyepillow, Cushioned Mat**

- **Folding Chair/Camping Chair:** If you prefer not to sit low on the ground.

- **Sacred Item/Totem:** Bring one item of personal significance to add to the altar.

- **Drum or Shaker:** If you have one, bring it along for the chance at a potential impromptu drum circle.

- **Snacks:** Dinner will not be provided so please feel free to bring your favorite snacks and/or eat before you arrive. Breakfast will be a continental style meal with pre-determined selections.

- **Open Heart & Mind:** Come ready to connect, reflect, and rejuvenate! Please note that these events are fluid and divinely guided. This means we may add and or modify offerings as inspired by spirit.

*The above listed is a general outline of what can be expected, however further opportunities for self discovery and play may present themselves the day of the event.

For instance we may consider a fire if its not windy. We may consider a stroll if its sunny. We may find a certain intention is coming through that we want to tap more deeply into it. This is our time together to explore presence in a safe, playful and creative container.
