Soundbath - Mercury Equinox Renewal - 20th November 2026 6.30pm
As November brings shortening days and internal reflection, the cosmos offers a rare moment of alignment. This sound bath honors Mercury reaching its Greatest Elongation West—the precise moment it escapes the blinding glare of the Sun to shine with supreme clarity in the pre-dawn sky. Historically, Mercury governs the mind, communication, and the bridge between the conscious and subconscious. Join us for an immersive soundbath with gong, tuning forks and bowls..... and renourish mind and body.
Bookable with your class pass or as a drop in for £25.
