Come and join me for my first Free Community Soundbath in Wallasey ✨💜 Hosted at the Nelson Pub, CH45 5BG in their beautiful function room, we will take you on a relaxing journey of sound and vibration.
Bring with you mats, cushions and blankets. Anything to make yourself comfortable as you nestle down into stillness.
Donations are always welcome and gratefully received on the evening, but not a stipulation to attend. So please come along and gift yourself an hour to unwind and relax.
