Divine Wellbeing Solutions run by Claudia Miller is inviting you to join an evening of relaxation and upliftement in the Center of Rochester at the Quaker’s Meeting House.
Sound is the medicine of the future Edgar Cayce stated who was born in 1877 and lived until 1945. The future is now. Sound and Vibrational Therapy is used today in all areas of life. The benefits a varied.
From helping a highly sensitive person to cope better with life and environmental influences to relieving pain,
improving health and wellbeing, improving sleep,
bringing relaxation,
relieving stress, anxiety and depression,
bringing back joy and happiness,
helping with Fibromyalgia, Osteoarthritis, irritable bowel syndrome,
Increasing mobility and energy levels
to mention only a few.
We will combine the healing abilities of the sounds with a very special Moon Blessing to harness the healing qualities of the moon. Wonderful Shila Jassal will offer her services and expertise and will guide us to receive the healing frequencies and vibrations of Grandmother Moon.
Please bring a yoga mat, blankets and pillows so you can get comfortable on the floor. Wear comfortable clothing and bring some water.
There will be teas and coffees after the session.
The doors will open at 18.50 and will be closed at 19.10 to ensure that there are no disruptions.
The SoundBath Experience will start at 19.15.
The honour fee for the evening will be £15 p.p. Payable on the day in cash or in advance via BACS.
